Abstract

Sustainable primary care innovations are crucial for achieving global 
health goals, including Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and 
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This paper explores the role 
of technological advancements, policy frameworks, and community
based interventions in ensuring equitable, cost-effective, and 
accessible healthcare for all. The research highlights successful 
models of sustainable primary care innovations and their impact on 
health outcomes, discussing their scalability, challenges, and future 
directions. Furthermore, it examines the interplay between 
socioeconomic factors, digital transformation, and policy 
interventions that contribute to sustainable healthcare delivery.
